When the Football Operations Center at the University of Oregon was first unveiled, the New York Times called it “as much country club as football facility, potentially mistaken for a day spa, or an art gallery, or a sports history museum, or a spaceship – and is luxurious enough to make N.F.L. team jealous.” We were thrilled to help create this innovative mecca of college football.
In the lobby, we produced a one of a kind trophy case to house the most prestigious awards. We built a display consisting of 18 miniature mannequins that highlight historic uniforms dating back to 1894, and a “Ring Room” with cases of championship and bowl rings. The player’s lounge includes custom gaming stations and an art installation of flying ducks to represent Oregon players drafted into the NFL.
The press room walls are covered in authentic football material, personalized with the Oregon Duck wings and further customized with the Oregon “O” and Pac 12 Network logo. The weight room features Oregon “O” shaped weight-lifting stations, as well as a floor-to-ceiling graphic design.
